Hello,

a bit about me:

Hello, I'm Jenn.

I grew up on a small dairy farm in southwest Missouri with my parents and sister. I wasn't very old before I knew what "hard work" meant! When I was not having to help milk cows, weed the garden, pick up rocks out of the field, drive a tractor, or any other endless job you can find on a farm, you could find me outside exploring the land with a book/blanket/food in a backpack, climbing trees or jumping hay bales. In short: I was always outside. And my dog was right along with me every step of the way. I was fortunate that I always had a dog growing up; a best friend, someone always willing to play with you. Those are some of my best memories of my childhood, always having that faithful companion at your side. It's exactly what I want for my kids.

And so what am I like today, you ask? Pretty much the same; I still can't get enough of being outside! I still love to read, spend time with my family/dogs, and have picnics. I haven't climbed any trees or jumped any hay bales in a while but I am not above trying! And now my family is extended to 9 - my husband and I have three beautiful children and three Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, plus my daughter's Cavapoo that is our Cavalier male's son. After work I spend most evenings outside with my family. When we don't have some sports practice to go to, that is. Our sweet dogs complete our family and every once in a while, we are blessed with puppies. We absolutely love when they have puppies for us to snuggle, pamper, and play with!
