Please take a moment and fill out the form below. This information is just for my litter records and if you are flying your puppy to the closest airport to you, it will be used to complete the airline required paperwork. It must match the ID of the person who will be picking the puppy up as the airlines will check it against the paperwork.
Payments and deposits can be made through one of several ways.

1. Cashier's check - you can send a cashier's check to me in the mail if you are paying more than 3 weeks in advance. Contact me for my information to complete a cashier's check.
2. Cash App - this site also does not charge a fee. You can find me at $jennbrisco or by scanning the code below.​
