I require first month's rent and deposit with lease signing.  I also require last month's rent but will work with renter to split between agreed upon number of months that will start second month of lease period.

 

All utilities will need to be turned on in renters name before moving in.  This is electric, gas, and city utilities (combined water/sewer/trash).  You will need a copy of the signed lease to turn the city utilities on.

Also, there is no smoking inside (if you smoke outside please put all cigarette butts in an appropriate container) and no pets allowed.  Please do not ask.
