​GENERAL

• Have carpet professionally cleaned as per lease and deliver copy of paid bill to landlord. 

• Clean window sills

• Dust blinds

• Wipe off baseboards

• Clean light fixtures and replace burned out bulbs

• Sweep and mop all vinyl/tile floors

• Clean all interior doors, especially around door knobs

• Wipe off all light switch covers

• Wipe off ceiling fan blades and fixtures

• Dust filter vent covers

• Wipe off closet shelves

• Gently wipe off any marks on walls

• Vacuum

• Mow yard within 3 days of vacating

• Clean near ceilings and corners for cobwebs

KITCHEN

• Clean inside and outside of refrigerator (including the top)

• Clean oven and range top (clean or replace drip pans)

• Wipe off counter tops

• Clean sink

• Wipe out all cabinets and drawers

• Clean exterior of cabinets

• Mop vinyl/tile floor

BATHROOM

• Clean tub and shower

• Clean toilet (all areas)

• Clean counters and sink

• Clean mirror

• Wipe out all cabinets and drawers

• Clean exterior of cabinets

• Mop vinyl/tile floor

REMINDERS

• Please leave water on 3 days after vacating

• Return all keys to the landlord

• Inform me of your new address to mail your deposit
